Room Rates (subject to change)

Rates vary from $65 - $85 per night and are based on a
1 or 2 person occupancy.

Weekly and Monthly Rates Available upon Request

Reservations made during the weekend require a 2 night minimum.

No Minimum stay (except special events, i.e., holiday weekends
and home WVU football weekends

While guests over 12 years of age are welcome, we remind parents
they are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children.

Deposits

A one night deposit is required for each room reserved.

Check in: After 3:00 p.m.

Check out: 11:00 am

Cancellation Policy

Deposits may be refunded (less Room Service charge) if cancellations
are received one week prior to reserved date.

Taxes, Gratuities, and Payments:

All rates are subject to West Virginia state sales tax.

Gratuities are appreciated and left to your discretion.

Payment (both deposit and final) may be made by personal check, Visa,
or Mastercard.

Animal Traveling Companions:

Accommodations for horses available on grounds.
Cost of boarding - $15 a day.
